Vi-DMP
Vi-DMP is a cloud platform for collecting data and it helps to set advertising campaigns targeting.
How It Works
DMP collects data about audiences and transfers it to DSP, which is connected to ad exchanges and SSP.
It allows to find the most suitable platforms for advertising placement. With DMP decisions, it is possible to use ready-made audience segments from external providers. You can also collect your own data and draw up efficient strategies. You will have access to a variety of combinations.
Use Cases
Via placing DMP’s Smartpixel on some advertisement or placing pixel in tracking area of your advertising campaign you can reach users who abandoned the conversion funnel for some reasons and resume interaction with the user.
You will need a Bidder paired with the DMP, Smartpixel component placed inside your ads, and DMP itself.
The DMP itself does not provide any cross-device detection algorithm, however, it does glue two different users from different channels together if publisher side reports two IDs simultaneously.
The DMP will track both identifiers as one user.
Possibility of adding additional data to user records can be used to perform personified marketing analysis across your customers.
You can gather and analyze conversion efficiency, then suppress an inefficient audience from getting any further advertisement.
You can tie with user’s data some amount of additional data and then run your algorithms offline. The algorithms can do audience expansion (like lookalike) or find some internal correlations in data and make new more efficient audiences for further advertising campaigns.

Basic Service Components
The DMP is realized as separate components. Each functional element is a separate part, which is executed as a separate process and connected with the other components via HTTP API and JSON RPC transport protocols.

Cookie Matching (performs identifier matching across different players)
Time To Live (TTL) (service responsible for the lifetime of the collected data)
Data logs converter (any ETL logic)
POSS (Person-Oriented Segment Storage) (performs fast provision of user segments on request)
BASS (Bit-Array Segment Storage) (service does operations under segments – addition, subtraction, intersection and so on)
Management Interface (Management interfaces)
API (to control the system and operate with Bidder, UI and Smartpixel)
User Interface (User interface)
Smartpixel (client-side script based GTM-like pixel, capable to collect first-party data and place users to different segments depending on their site interactions; Must be placed on site only once and then fully configurable via UI)
